Apartment hunting can be both fun and challenging! Finding an apartment that’s affordable, in a good location and up to your living standards are just the first things you need to worry about when choosing the perfect apartment. Whether you’re a first-time apartment renter, or you’ve been in the game for a while, you’ll want to ask some important questions before you sign a lease and collect your keys. We’ve put together the top twelve questions renters should ask property managers BEFORE signing a lease.

What amenities do you offer?

At 25 Broadmoor, we truly value you as a resident and offer several amenities to make your time with us something truly special! We have a seasonal pool which will be opening in May 2024 for the season. As a resident, we cordially invite you to the grand opening of our Seasonal Pool at the Summer Celebration Cookout.  While you are there, you can tone up at the Fitness Center, take a dip into the Hot Tub or just lounge by the pool. This is just one example our our Monthly Resident Events and Giveaways.
Are you an online shopper? Rest assured that your packages are safe until you pick them up from our Amazon Hub. Our On-Site Maintenance takes away the anxiety when something goes wrong. You can put in a service request on Domuso-Our Online Payment Portal or call the office and we can put in in for you. Speaking of Domuso, paying online has never been easier! Domuso offers several ways to pay so you don't have to worry about making it to the office to turn in rent.

What if my credit is not perfect?

There are several criteria that the screening company utilizes to approve your application. While we can never promise an outcome, credit is only one the factors that is reviewed for application approval.

Do I need Renter's insurance?

We require renter's liability insurance coverage of $100,000 to cover the structure of your apartment. 25 Broadmoor should be listed as the interested party. We have an option that we can offer from E-Premium which satisfies the coverage requirement for $14 a month. You also have the option to provide your own coverage. We require the declarations page of your private policy with your new address listed and an effective date of the the day you move in. Call for more details.
